SOLUTION: When an area name and a subscriber number are inputted by an inputting device 10 (S10), the Japanese syllabary character code of an inputted character string is stored in a reading input buffer area 22 in an RAM 20, and the input information is displayed at an output device 50 (S12). Then, when a processing for transmitting the input information is operated by the inputting device 10 (S14), area number information is retried from a data conversion table 40 by a data retrieval program 34 (S16), and the area number is turned into a dial signal by a data conversion program 36 (S18), and the dial signal is transmitted by a signal transmission program 38 (S20).
