PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a device by which data communication between devices with different signaling procedures (different control protocols). SOLUTION: Terminals T1, T2 have different signaling procedures. In the case of setting up a call from the terminal T1 to the terminal T2, first when the terminal T1 connects physically to a network connecting point P1 in the system and takes part in the system, a resource R1 is set as an interface with the terminal T1. A data group describing a network resource such as a signaling procedure class, a line speed and a clock source is registered to the resource R1. A resource R2 is set for an interface with the terminal T2 when the terminal T2 takes part in the system at a network connecting point P2 similarly. Through this setting, the signaling procedure from a terminal is converted into a unified circuit connection system in the system in the interface. |
