Mechanical handling assembly lifts container from railway wagon to overhead a side-bunker

A mechanical handling assembly empties containers filled with liquid, semi-liquid or bulk solid substances. The containers are lifted esp. from a series of railway wagons forming part of the same train. The assembly consists of a combined lifting and rotating unit, an intermediate bunker to hold the contents from the emptied containers, and a continually-operated system to remove the bunker contents to the next process stage.
