<p>Paper bulking agents which make it possible to give bulky sheets without deteriorating the effects of sizing agents. These bulking agents contain an ester compound selected from among (A) fatty acid esters of polyhydric alcohols; and (B) fatty acid esters of polyhydric alcohols having 0 to 12 moles (exclusive) of C2-4 oxyalkylene group per mole of the ester compound, and having a melting point of 100 °C or below.</p> |
