<p>The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I) wherein: R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-5 alkyl group, a phenyl or phenyl-C1-5 alkyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-5 alkyl group, a phenyl or phenyl-C1-5 alkyl group, a hydroxyl, a -CO2R5 group, a -CON6R7 group, a -NR6R7 group, a C1-5 alkoxy group, a C1-5 alkylsulphanyl group or a C1-5 alkylsulphoxide group; R3 and R4, identical or different, represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, a C1-5 alkyl group or a phenyl group; X and Y identical or different represent each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-5 alkoxy group, a hydroxy group, a cyano group, a nitro group or a trifluoromethyl group; and Ar represents a phenyl group. The invention is applicable in therapeutics.</p> |
