PRODUCTION OF REDUCING MATERIAL FOR REDUCING OXIDES SUCH AS WATER AND EDIBLE OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a reducing material used for reducing oxides such as water, edible oils, soils and feeds by thermally treating natural zeolite and shells, respectively, mixing the treated materials with each other and subsequently calcining the mixture. SOLUTION: This method for producing a reducing material used for reducing oxides such as water and edible oils comprises thermally calcining natural zeolite at a material temperature of 800 deg.C for about 40 min to pulverize into particles having a particle size of about 5 micron meter, thermally calcining the powder in an electric oven to form the powder of the -150 mV reducing substance, thermally calcining shells such as oyster shells at a material temperature of 950-980 deg.C for about 60 min into 5 micron meter powder, processing the power into the -220 mV reducing substance, mixing the above-prepared natural zeolite powder with the prepared shell powder, and subsequently calcining the mixture in an electric oven at 780 deg.C for 72 hr.
