PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of positively accomplishing a hill-hold condition when a vehicle comes to a halt while being decelerated so as to be suspended. SOLUTION: This is a control device for a vehicular transmission, in which hill-hold control preventing a vehicle running over an uphill road from being moved backward, is not in operation before vehicle speed at the time of deceleration where the output of a power source is set up at the lowest level, is lower than a reference vehicle speed set in advance, this control device is equipped with a deceleration detecting means 104 detecting the deceleration of the vehicle when it is decelerated, and with a reference vehicle speed setting means 103 changing the aforesaid reference vehicle speed in response to detected deceleration. |
