<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily record images of high quality with input by light. SOLUTION: A substrate obtd. by forming a transparent conductive film on a transparent substrate and forming an org. or inorg. semiconductor thin film which generates electromotive force by irradiation with light on the transparent conductive film and an aq. electrolyte contg. a solvent, color material and a high-molecular electrodeposition material which is changed in solubility into the solvent by a change in pH are prepd. The substrate and a counter electrode connected to the substrate are arranged in such a manner that the surface formed with the semiconductor thin film of the substrate and the counter electrode are immersed into the aq. electrolyte. The substrate is selectively irradiated with the light and the electrodeposited films contg. the color material and the high-molecular electrodeposition material are deposited in the portions of the substrate where the electromotive force is generated. The electrodeposited films formed by the electrodeposition are brought into contact with the aq. liquid having the deposition initiation pH value of the high-molecular electrodeposition material or having the pH value on the side where the high-molecular electrodeposition material is more deposited than the deposition initiation pH value.</p> |
