PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition for providing a molding product having excellent appearance free from flow mark, having excellent flexibility, wear resistance, lightweight and mechanical, structure characteristics. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (a) 1-70 wt.% of an ethylene-based copolymer of ethylene and a 3-10Cα-olefin, (b) 10-98 wt.% of a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene and/or its hydride and (c) 1-60 wt.% of a 1,2-polybutadiene having >=70% vinyl bond content and 5-50 crystallinity (the total of the components (a) to (c) is 100 wt.%).
