PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce sons of little skin roughness from one matrix by a method wherein a first molding tool made of metal is prepared, a second molding tool made of resin is formed of the first molding tool and a third molding tool made of metal is formed of the second molding tool. SOLUTION: A matrix II is obtained by exposing and developing a photoresist 2 of a synthetic silica board 1 and by removing the remaining resist. An Ni plating layer 3 is formed on the surface of the matrix II and exfoliated from the matrix II and thereby a father is obtained. Then, a resin liquid is dropped on the father with the indentation up and pressed by a glass disk 5 so that the resin liquid being viscous be expanded evenly on the whole surface of the father. Next, ultraviolet rays are cast through the glass disk 5 to cure the resin liquid and thereby a mother having a two-layer structure of a hard resin layer 4 and the glass disk 5 is obtained. A son 6 is manufactured from this mother being exfoliated, by the same manufacturing method as that for the father. A free son 6 is obtained by exfoliating that son 6 from the mother. A protective coat is provided on the indented surface of the son 6 and then the surface is ground to have a uniform thickness. |
