OPENING APART AND INSERTION FITTING MOUNTING PART OF FASTENER TAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the embrittlement of opening apart and insertion fitting mounting parts of fastener tapes by welding reinforcing tapes to these mounting parts by press heating of various degrees. SOLUTION: Core rods are attached to the side edges of the fastener tapes 1 to form core parts 2. These core parts 2 are first enclosed with the reinforcing tapes 14 consisting of thermoplastic elastomer films or thermoplastic resin films and are welded to form the opening apart and insertion fitting mounting parts 13. The reinforcing tapes 14 are formed by welding the core parts 2 and the parts 3 near the core parts under low pressure and tape main body parts by high pressure to the fastener tapes 1. The core parts 2 and the parts 3 near the core parts 2 are formed soft and thick and the tape main body parts are formed rigid and thin, by which stepped parts 15 are formed. These stepped parts 15 are disposed on the side outer than the flanges of sliders. A box body 5 and a box rod 6 are mounted at the one core part 2 and the part 3 near the core part and a wing rod 7 is mounted at the other core part 2 and the part 3 near the core part to prevent the crack and embrittlement of the mounting portions.
