PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer which, not only prevents blocking of its ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymeric rubber, and has a high strength and a high elongation, but also is excellent in impact resistance as well as rubbery properties, and can further form a molded article having a good skin and an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: This is a thermoplastic elastomer comprising an ethylene-α- olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymeric rubber (A) consisting of ethylene, a 3-20 Cα-olefin and a nonconjugated polyene together with a polyolefin resin (B), and having the copolymeric rubber (A) at least party cross-linked in a shape of cross-linked particles, wherein the cross-linked particles of the copolymeric rubber (A) are dispersed, as a dispersed phase (an island phase) in the matrix phase (the sea phase) made of the polyolefin resin (B) providing an island-in-the-sea structure, and a part of the polyolefin resin (B) is dispersed in the cross-linked particles of the copolymeric rubber (A) with an average dispersed particle size of 0.5μm or less.
