PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the manufacturing efficiency and to reduce the cost, by forming a laminated base body in which a damper member is in contact closely with the inner peripheral surface of a hole, without giving the reduction of the quality and the yield, and simply, and by reducing the processing number extensively. SOLUTION: An erecting process to erect a damper member 6 by supporting the lower end of the damper member 6 removable to a lower metal mold 20L; a laminating process to form a raw laminated base body 5' made by superposing hard quality plates and raw rubber plates alternately, around the erected damper member 6; and a vulcanizing process to vulcanize the damper member 6 and the raw laminated base body 5' by surrounding the damper member 6 and the raw laminated base body 5' by an upper metal mold 20U, a side metal mold 20S, and the lower metal mold 20L, and heating and pressurizing them; are included. |
