Title compsns. cont. as the diaminoquinazolines, cpds. (I) or their salts. (where R1 is 1-4C alkyl and R2 is H or 1-6C alkyl; R1 is H when R2 is 3-6C alkyl or R1 and R2 is 3- or 4C alkylene) and are in forms suitable for, oral, parenteral or rectal administration. Unit doses contain 10-1000 mg total active agents and the ratio of sulphamethoxy diazine to (I) in each unit dose is 4-6:1.
