PURPOSE:To provide a wave-length tuning type small-sized spectrograph, which has wave-length adjusting function and in which the input fiber is confronting the output fiber. CONSTITUTION:A slab wave-guide path part 21 is formed at the surface of a base board, and a vertical diffraction lattice 12 is installed at one end face of this slab wave-guide path part 21 while an emission part from one input wave-guide path 13 and incident parts to respective output wave-guide paths are installed at the other end face, wherein a plurality of output wave-guide paths 16 are formed in line are formed between the incident parts and the emission end face on one of the board end faces while another input wave-guide path 20 is formed foldedly between the incident end face on the other end face of board and the emission part, and further a plurality of input beams of light having different wave-lengths put incident to this input wave-guide path 20 are delivered to the output wave-guide paths 16 selectively upon the wave-length according to the value of counter-bias voltage impressed on the slab wave-guide path part 21. |
