The invention aims at contributing in the fight against pollution which implies consuming less energy, particularly of the polluting kind, properly exploiting it, using it economically and provide a suitable response to any type of motoring technology. This requires that energy be restored in the engine deceleration phase and braking phase; and also in the initial phase of using the foot brake. |
