Automobile door closing system with full latching

A door is drawn from half to fully latched setting by a closing mechanism (5) and can be moved reversibly between release and bolted settings by locking mechanism. A double-locking mechanism (8) prevents door or release mechanism from being opened or released, using a motor as common drive for both closing and double-locking mechanisms, and also to power the release and unlocking mechanism. An output lever as part of the drive connects to the double locking mechanism (8) and moves between holding and release settings to respectively lock and unlock the mechanism (8). A second output lever joined to the closing mechanism (5) moves into an action setting in which the door is fully latched, assisted by a rotating element for the lever movement. This element holds the second lever for their integral rotation so as to turn the first only when it engages with this first lever. The rotating element has first and second cam faces offset in phase at an angle so the first cam face engages the lever to release it and the second cam face engages the lever so as to hold it.
