The aircraft has at least two pairs of engines. The engines in each pair are mounted side-by-side on the aircraft wings (2) within a nacelle or pod (5), which is supported from the wing by a pylon (8), integrated within the nacelle or pod, and provided with an inner space for reception of hydraulic and/or electrical system components of the aircraft.
