It consists of a control element (20), which is coupled to a link element (21, 22), which couples to the locking device for the seat back, and a transmission device (23), which is linked to the seat belt lock, in such a way as to activate the seat belt lock to prevent the seat belt unrolling, when the seat back is unlocked.
