<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts by extending at least one side of a multilayer board having the same size as that of a metal plate, processing it, and laminating an insulating adhesive of the same shape as that of the metal plate and the metal plate by vacuum pressing, thereby eliminating the space of connectors and lead wirings. SOLUTION: One side of an aluminum plate 3 which is commercially is polished or alumite-treated to ensure adhesive property reliability. Then, an insulating adhesive sheet 2 which is cut into the same shape as that of the plate 3 is prepared. The multilayer board is increased at least at its one side larger than the plate 3, and a circuit is processed to incorporate a function of a connector. The sheet 2 and the circuit-processed multilayer board 1 are superposed on the polished surface of the plate 3 and laminated through vacuum pressing. Thus, an extended multilayer board part becomes a connector to the multilayer board with the metal plate added with connector functions. As the base material, a glass epoxy base board double-sided product and a sheet- like insulating adhesive are used.</p> |
