PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of the equipment on an end user and to extend the services in connections of different kinds of networks. SOLUTION: A first partial system A which accepts general user control online to perform communication and connection to a non-public network, a second partial system C which uses an optimum line in consideration of the line use efficiency and the job schedule to perform downloading at a designated time based on online user's reservation setting, and a storage medium B connected to first and second partial systems A and C are provided. Communication networks considerably different in charge for use and congestion conditions by time differences can be efficiently and economically used. |
