PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction in reliability in a solar cell, by decreasing a solder sticking region of a back face silver electrode, and reducing a solder amount on a main electrode of a front face silver electrode. SOLUTION: A back electrode of a solar cell comprises a back face silver electrode 28 of a circular pattern and an aluminum electrode 29 having an open pattern in response to the circular pattern. Here, the open pattern has a region B where the back face silver electrode 28 is mutually superimposd on the aluminum electrode 29, and a space A where they are not superimposed on each other. |
