PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an aluminum stationary base from being curved by a bimetal effect which occurs between an iron stationary rail which is supported on the stationary base to guide an electronic part chuck nozzle in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: An electronic part mounter 20 is equipped with a direct drive device 24 which moves an electronic part chuck nozzle 38 in a vertical direction, wherein the direct drive device 24 is composed of a stationary rail 24A and a slider 24B, the stationary rail 24A is fixed to a stationary base 22, a thermal deformation preventing plate 30 which is identical in shape to the stationary rail 24A and formed of the same material with the stationary rail 24A is fixed to the side of the stationary base 22 opposite to the stationary rail 24A, and when the stationary base 22 is thermally expanded, the stationary base 22 is equally pulled from two sides by the stationary rail 24A and the thermal deformation preventing plate 30 to be prevented from being curved. |
