PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally change and display the display positions of display information data in prescribed units by displaying plural virtual planes on a screen at the same time, and changing the display positions of predetermined display information data under display conditions when a virtual plane display and display virtual planes are switched or when display properties are changed. SOLUTION: The virtual planes are displayed on the screen at the same time and when the virtual plane display and display virtual planes are switched or when display properties are changed, the display positions of the determined display information data are changed under the display conditions. Of this device, a display property setting part 4 sets the number of the virtual planes which are displayed at the same time and sets display properties for discriminating the virtual planes. A screen switching setting part 5 sets the time when the display virtual planes are switched according to user's settings and sets the number of planes to be switched. A screen specifying setting part 6 changes the display properties according to user's specification and sets alterations of a virtual plane of interest to be displayed. A screen display change part 7 changes the positions of the display information to be displayed.
