PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crew management plan production support device which easily evaluates how the break time is used in each work. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a management plan data acquiring part 11 which acquires produced management plan data 12, a mealtime display part 13 which overlaps a preliminarily defined time zone when a meal is allowed to be taken on a graphical display and shows it in the graphic display of each work of an acquired management plan, a break time and break place displaying part 16 which shows each break time zone with the mark of each station where it is taken, a break time total and break number display part 17 which shows the total and the number of break times, a mealtime deciding part 19 which decides a break corresponding to a mealtime based on various condition data 15 and a meal correspondence break display part 18 which shows a break that is decided as corresponding to a mealtime with a mark. |
