<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the operation of a winker cancel mechanism cam, by utilizing turning force of a rotary connector. SOLUTION: Rotor members of a rotary connector 2 are turnably held with relatively large clearances left by stator members, and an oblong hole 12c and a rectangular hole 12d are formed in a flange part 12b of a lower rotor 12 that is one of the rotor members. Meanwhile, rotor members of a steering angle sensor 3 are turnably held with little clearances left by stator members, and a first projection 18c and a second projection 18d are formed on a flange part 18b of an upper rotor 18 that is one of these rotor members while a cancel cam 19b for operating a cancel lever 7b of a winker cancel mechanism is formed on a lower rotor 19 that is the other of the rotor members. A rotary connector unit 1 fitted with the steering angle sensor is made up by unifying the respective stator member of the rotary connector 2 and of the steering angle sensor 3, and the rotor members of the rotary connector 2 are coupled to those of the steering angle sensor 3 via two play-absorbing parts comprising an engagement part of the oblong hole 12c with the first projection 18c and an engagement part of the rectangular hole 12d with the second projection 18d.</p> |
