PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber terminal equipment in which function extension is easily made so that a subscriber can receive services other than general telephone speech communication in a WLL system. SOLUTION: In a subscriber terminal equipment, a main substrate 20 for a general telephone communication is stored together with a shield case 30 mounted on it and a substrate 40 for function extension which is further mounted on them in an outer housing consisting of a case 10 and an upper cover 50. An intermediate plate part is provided in the middle of the case 30 and an opening for connectors is opened at a center part of the intermediate plate part. A connector for a main substrate assembled to the substrate 20 and a connector for extension assembled to the substrate 40 are connected through the opening for the connectors. Then, it is possible to receive various new services and also to easily cope with switching to other services by mounting a desired function on the substrate 40.
