PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly open or close a cover by locking and releasing a turnable lock bar which extends from a cover journalling side end to the opposite side end of a base in parallel with a card receiving hole by engaging and removing it on a free end side of the cover, and by forming a window from which an IC card held by the cover is exposed during engagement, between the lock bar and the free end edge of the cover. SOLUTION: A card storing space 9 having an IC card receiving hole 10 is constituted together with a top board 2a of cover 2, and locking receiving portions 17 having a step difference 18 are provided for a projection in an extending direction of free ends of a pair of right and left guide rails 2d integrally formed. A lock bar 13 that turns around a shaft 14 and is parallel with the receiving hole 10 is elastically grabbed by a spring 15, and locking portions 16 with a hook-shaped cross section at the both ends are locked by the locking receiving portions 17 during engagement. When this is released, it is pressed up by contact part 7 and a return spring of a contact 5 placed on a base 1, and this engagement is better in locking and removing property than a snap engagement. Formation of openings 22 allows surface mounting terminals 11 of the contact 5 to be virtually, visually recognized.
