PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvements in adhesion workability without degrading electrical characteristics by adhering a rear side within the fixed range, including a section corresponding to the input/output terminal of a microstrip line on a dielectric substrate to a base plate. SOLUTION: Adhesive members 10 and 11, such as solders or adhesive agents located on both the left and right end sides of a conductive pattern 4 for fixed width are longitudinally extended along with the lengthwise direction of a dielectric substrate 2 and correspond to an input terminal 12 and an output terminal 13 on the left and right sides of a band-shaped microstrip line 5. A notched part 1a is provided beforehand so as to be the mark of a lengthwise adhesive section, the adhesive members 10 and 11 are exactly formed into a prescribed pattern within the range of the adhesive section with this notched part 1a as a reference, and the dielectric substrate 2 is attached from the surface of them. Thus, improvement in the workability of adhesion is attained without degrading the electrical characteristics, in comparison with the case of adhering the entire rear side and the amount of adhesive members can be reduced. |
