PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a compact ultrasonic motor by reducing the number of components of a rotor, simplifying a component management of the motor, and improving assembly of the motor. SOLUTION: The rotor 1 is annularly formed from a circular stator contact 2 and a pressure spring 3 having spring characteristics and provided integrally with the inside of the contact 2. The spring 3 is constituted by an outer peripheral side 3a of a truncated conical shape extremely smoothly inclined downward from an upper end of the contact 2, and an inner peripheral side 3b of a truncated conical shape extremely smoothly inclined upward continued to the outer peripheral side 3a. The pressure of the spring 3 is always applied to the contact 2, the inner peripheral side 3b of the spring 3 is supported to a pressurized spring support member 4, and the rotor 1 is always urged toward a stator 5. |
