PURPOSE:To differentiate a bone marrow cell into a desired bone cell even if a liquid medium does not contain a serum and a hormone by using a complex of collagen and calcium phosphate having a chemical activity as a support of the bone marrow cell. CONSTITUTION:A bone marrow cell is differentiated in a liquid medium for animal cell culture, using a complex of collagen and calcium phosphate having chemical activity as a support of the bone marrow cell. A calcium ion and a phosphate ion are dissolved from calcium phosphate into the liquid medium and a bone marrow cell is differentiated into a desired bone cell to provide the objective material for transplantation, not containing any serum, having good bio-compatibility and transplanted so as to repair a defective part of a hard tissue such as a bone defective part. |
