PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cold forging without formation of any phosphoric acid chemical conversion film while ensuring an excellent processing lubrication performance and anti-corrosion by forming an aqueous lubricant wherein an alkylsulfonic acid derivative, and a metal phosphate are dispersed in water along with a surfactant. SOLUTION: A lubricant comprises, dispersed in water, 5 to 50 wt.% of a reaction product of an alkylsulfonic acid derivative of formula I or the derivative and an amine compound of formula II, an amino alcohol, and at least one of polyamine compounds of formula III, 1 to 80 wt.% of a metal phosphate such as zinc phosphate, and 1 to 20 wt.% of anionic surface active agent. In the formulas, R1 represents 10-60C alkyl; R2 and R3 , respectively, represent H, 1-8C alkyl, -(R4 O)m , -H, an alkali metal or the like; R4 represents 2-6C alkylene; m is 2 to 20; R5 to R7 represent, respectively, H, 1-8C alkyl or -R8 -O-R9 -; R8 represent 1-8C alkylene; R9 represents 1-8C alkyl; R11 to R19 respectively, represent H or 1-8C alkyl; R15 represents 1-4C alkylene; and n is an integer of 1 to 1,000. |
