PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which, even in the use of non- magnetic one-component developer, prevents such toner deterioration that an added agent fills a toner base-particle, and, at the same time, obtains a sufficient amount of electrification and a sufficient amount of carrying and also causes no ghost phenomena. SOLUTION: As the non-magnetic one-component developer, the toner T obtained by suspension polymerization is used, and a supply roller 28 is disposed apart from a developing roller 27 so as to have a prescribed distance (d) between them. Also, a layer-thickness regulation blade 32 is composed of a support part 32 formed of stainless steel or the like, and a contact part 32b formed of conductive silicone rubber, conductive fluorine-containing rubber, or resin. A voltage higher than the voltage that is applied to the developing roller 27 by a power source 40 is applied to the layer-thickness regulation blade 32 by a power source 41. |
