PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain transmission according to running load by determining transmission schedule of an automatic transmission during actual running from running load and transmission schedule, and thereby accurately estimating running load. SOLUTION: A load torque is estimated by a load torque estimation means 110 from output torques of a vehicular estimated weight 126 and an estimated torque 1022 generated from torque converter. The estimated load torque is output to a gear position determination means 109. The gear position determination means 109, serving as a memory means for transmission schedule, determines a gear position 129 based on a throttle opening 121, vehicular speed 123, vehicular weight 126, load torque 1028. The determined information of the gear position 129 is output to a hydraulic driving means 111. The hydraulic driving means 111 determines driving hydraulic pressure for a clutch of an automatic transmission to obtain a determined gear position, and drives the clutch. |
