PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a vibration isolating device. SOLUTION: An elastic body 16 is arranged between an inner cylindrical piece 14 and an outer cylindrical piece 12, and a pair of ring-like intermediate cylinders 28A, 28B are vulcanization-adhered to the elastic body 16. An upper holding member 32 with its center part bulged downwardly is arranged on an upper side part between a pair of intermediate cylinders 28A, 28B across the intermediate cylinders 28A, 28B. End parts of the upper holding member 32 and a lower holding member 30 are held in a gap between the intermediate cylinders 28A, 28B and the outer cylindrical piece 12, and the upper holding member 32 and the lower holding member 30 prevent the movement in the axial direction of a pair of intermediate cylinders 28A, 28B. |
