PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently mitigate a shock and suppress the noise to be generated when a rebound stopper is butted to a position regulation member at the limit position in the rebound direction of a piston, and to prevent any inconveniences such as the deformation of a tube from being generated. SOLUTION: A piston slide chamber 3 with an oil filled in a tube 2 is constituted, a piston sliding in the bound direction and the rebound direction opposite thereto against the oil resistance is arranged in the piston slide chamber 3, rebound stoppers 9a, 9b to be moved in the piston slide chamber 3 and butted to a rod guide at the limit position in the rebound direction of the piston are provided on a rod 7 to support the piston, the rebound stoppers 9a, 9b are provided in the piston sliding direction in a double stacked manner, and a resin ring 11 higher in rigidity than the rebound stoppers 9a, 9b is interposed between the rebound stopper 9a and the rebound stopper 9b. |
