<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coloring resin composition capable of blackening after patterning, remarkably improved in photosensitive characteristics, light shielding property and specific resistance and useful for image display element, etc., by including a resin and a substrate capable of coloring and discoloring. SOLUTION: This coloring resin composition comprises a resin such as photocurable resin and a dye and an either one combination selected from a combination of an imino-based compound and an isocyanate-based compound, a combination of a chelating agent and a metal salt and a combination of a fluoran-based thermosensitive dye or a phthalide-based thermosensitive dye and an acid component capable of each coloring or discoloring into a color which is complementary to a color of the dye. Furthermore, the resin composition is preferably prepared by including (A) a polymer containing a recurring unit of formula I (R<1> is H or methyl; R<2> and R<3> are each H, hydroxyl group, a 1-12C alkyl or the like) and a recurring unit of formula II (R<4> and R<5> are each H, a group or the like having a photoreactive unsaturated bond; R<6> is H or a 1-12C alkyl) at 1/5 to 5/1 molar ratio, (B) a photopolymerizable unsaturated bond-containing monomer, (C) a photopolymerizable initiator and (D) a coloring substance, etc.</p> |
