PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic document carrier and an image forming device, in which a document jamming and defective feeding caused by the slip of a document are suppressed, which can cope with use documents without using an expensive carrying member, and by which the working time of user is shortened and energy saving is attained. SOLUTION: The document slip allowable time at a paper-feeding part is changed by the depressing of a slip allowable time changing button in accordance with a use document on the setting screen 53a' of a main body control part. Also, the setting effective time limit of the document slip allowable time is selected by an 'effective for only one job' key or an 'effective until resetting' key on the setting screen 53a" of the main body control part. Also, the setting mode (SP mode/UP mode) of the document slip allowable time is properly selected by the use frequency or the like of a special document by an UP setting permission button or an UP setting inhibition button by a service man or the like. |
