PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for run-in work in manufacture by ensuring slip control at the beiginning of manufacture not to cause judder in an area, where judder easily occurs in a lockup mechanism. SOLUTION: While a slip control (S/L) area is judged (S31), it is discriminated to be a J/D area, where judder easily occurs at the beginning of manufacture, or not S33). If it is not the J/D area, slip control is executed (S34). If it is the J/D area, the run-in of a lockup mechanism is judged to be sufficient or not from the fact that the number of lockup is not less than N1 or not or the accumulated time of slip control is not less than T1 or not (S35), and the run-in of the lockup mechanism is judged to be sufficient or not (S36) from the fact that the number of lock up is not less than N2, smaller than the N1, or not and the accumulated time of slip control is not less than T2, shorter than the T1, or not. If the run-in is not sufficient, the slip control in the J/D area is forbidden and, if it is sufficient, the slip control is permitted. |
