发明名称 EXFOLIATION METHOD OF ORGANIC MEMBRANE FROM UPPER PART OF ELECTRODE PAD ON ENZYMATIC ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exfoliation method in which an inessential organic membrane is exfoliated and removed easily from the upper part of an electrode pad when an enzymatic electrode substrate for a biosensor is created, by a method wherein a metal mask which covers an organic-membrane essential part and which opens an inessential part is fixed to a substrate on which an organic membrane is deposited and it is sand-blasted. SOLUTION: Working electrodes 2, counter electrodes 3 and electrode pads 5 which are connected to them are formed repeatedly on an insulating substrate 1. A hydrogen peroxide selective permeation membrane 6, an immobilized enzyme membrane 7 and a restrictive permeation membrane 8 are formed sequentially on the substrate 1. A metal mask in which positions of the electrode pads 5 are opened is overlapped with the substrate 1 on which the organic membranes are deposited, and it is placed on a tray so as to be fixed. The tray is conveyed to an abrasive spraying part by a belt conveyor, and an abrasive is sprayed. After its spraying operation is completed, the stuck abrasive is removed by an air gun, the metal mask is removed, and an operation is completed. Only the soft organic membranes are exfoliated and removed by a sand blasting operation, and the electrode pads 5 can be exposed without affecting a metal film.
