The housing is bored for the drive shaft giving cavities and rotors (51,52) rotated by the shaft and also has both intake (60,62) and pressure connections (61,63) at the cavity sides to feed pressurized fluid to the hydraulic unit. A fluid channel (87a,87b) to the side of the pump cavity extends from intake to shaft recess for fluid transfer between these. The channel recess is shallow compared with the intake, and intake lines (60a,62a) in the housing link intake to circuit as against branch intake lines (60b,62b) which run off from the intake to the shaft recess. This branched fluid is led via channels (65,67) to pass fluid over to the fluid connection channel (87). Bearings (91,92) to the sides of the shaft recess position the shaft so as to lubricate the bearings by the fluid passing from channel (65,67) to the connection channel (87). |
