PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag for a side air bag device capable of preventing mounting in the body side of a pillar part and a roof side rail part caused by a twist, and capable of improving work efficiency at the mounting time. SOLUTION: An air bag 41 is fixedly mounted interruptedly in a plurality of parts in a body side over a pillar part and a roof side rail part in an in-car side opening peripheral edge, also folded to be stored, and the air bag, when inflating gas flows in, extends an air bag main unit 42 so as to cover an opening. A mark 60 as a twist discriminating means 59 is imparted in the periphery, in the folded air bag main unit 42. |
