PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a joining extrusion mold member lighter in a friction agitation joining being carried out by rotation of the rotary elements. SOLUTION: This extrusion mold member is composed of two substantially parallel first plates 61, 61 and the third plate which connects the first plates each other. At the end part of at least one member in its width direction, a protruded part 66 is provided with each of the plates 61 in a way to outwardly protrude in a width direction. Each of the protruded parts 66 has a slanting face at the other end side of the member slanting towards the face of the first plate 61 from the outwardly protruded top part. With this composition, lighting of the mold member can be achieved. |
