PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alarm, guide, etc., for avoiding danger as given to handicapped persons and high-aged persons in details without generating useless noises to those not concerned in streets, underground markets or the like. SOLUTION: Wireless communication is utilized for means of warning, guidance or the like. Locally corresponding warning data are wirelessly transmitted from a warning transmitter 1 installed at dangerous locations and locations requiring guidance. When a person carrying a user's terminal 3 enters a transmission area thereof, the transmitted warning data is wirelessly received to convey the locally corresponding warning, guidance or other messages by a conveying means suited to the user, for example, voice for a handicapped person. Thus, the alarm, guidance, etc., are given in details only for persons in need concerned without sounding useless noises to those who do not require those alarms. |
