PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage mat to be arranged as a luggage mat in a luggage room without requiring a large space in usual and capable of being used as a bedding at need. SOLUTION: A flexible mat to be arranged in a luggage room of a vehicle is formed of two layers of a lower pad layer 11 and a upper pad layer 15, and formed with a housing space 21 between the lower pad layer 11 and the upper pad layer 15, and has a human body insertion port 25 at a part of the circumferential edge thereof. With this structure, the luggage mat for vehicle can be used as a bedding at need so as to eliminate the necessity of packing a bulky bedding in a luggage room for carrying in case of going camp or the like.
