PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a yogurt product and a yogurt/ sesame food capable of transporting beneficial bacteria such as lactic bacteria and bifidus bacteria taken into the body to the intestines in living state. SOLUTION: A considerable amount of pulverized sesame is used in the yogurt product and the yogurt/sesame food. The amounts of yogurt (fermented milk) and sesame are 50-90 wt.% and 10-50 wt.%, respectively. The pulverized sesame has a diameter of 0.5-0.0001 mm and has a porous structure with large surface area. The intestinal function controlling effect of yogurt can be improved because the most part of beneficial bacteria such as lactic bacteria and bifidus bacteria are surely transported to the intestines. |
