PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for hydroponics of a Japanese ginger by which the number of budding from a culture medium can be increased, the water level of a nutritious liquid can optimally be regulated to stabilize the water content and nutrient liquid concentration of the culture medium and the yield can be raised when carrying out the hydroponics of the Japanese ginger using the culture medium and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This apparatus for hydroponics of a Japanese ginger is obtained by arranging a root penetration preventing sheet 5 in an upper part of a rock wool 3 for regulating the moisture dipped in a tray 1 where an adequate amount of a nutritious liquid 4 is made to flow therein, placing a culture medium 6 comprising a shredded coconut shell, a bark, etc. in a state with a suitable space L kept between the lateral parts of the culture medium 6 and the tray 1 on the root penetration preventing sheet 5, feeding the nutritious liquid 4 to the culture medium 6 by permeating actions between the rock wool 3 and the culture medium 6, controlling the water level of the nutritious liquid 4 in the tray 1 so as to be constant and carrying out the cultivation of the Japanese ginger. |
