PRINTING MASK, PLASTIC PLATE FOR PRINTING MASK, AND MANUFACTURE OF PRINTING MASK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bleeding of a printing pattern and sticking of solder on a rear face of a printing mask by carrying out abrasion processing against a plastic plate being coated. SOLUTION: Abrasion processing is carried out against a plastic plate 1 wherein a film 1c with larger heat contraction rate than the plastic plate 1 is formed on a surface of the side where an ultraviolet laser beam 2 is incident, so as to warp up an edge part 1b of a substrate 11 side facing to an opening 2 of a printing mask 1' towards a laser beam incident side. The face with the edge part 1b of the printing mask 1' warped, contacts with the substrate 11 for carrying out printing.
