<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out laser welding at high efficiency by preventing contamination of a reflection face inside a spherical cover due to foreign matters such as spatters generated at a processing point. SOLUTION: A cover 27, which comprises three cover members 29, 31, 33 equipped with reflection faces 29a, 31a, 33a for reflecting the reflection light of a laser light 15 ejected towards a processing point P, is provided at a tip of a laser processing head. A nozzle member 39 is provided on an outer periphery of a center cover member 31, and an air 41 is ejected from a nozzle member 39 to a spacing 37 so as to intake the air from a cover outside as outside lead-in air 61, 63 from other spacings 35, 59. Thereby, the foreign matters are prevented from being adhered to the reflection face 29a, 31a, 33a.</p> |
