<p>In a process and device for mfg. a building element with a main part made of foamed material and provided with a carrier layer (2) for plaster the main part has a surface which is partly baked to provide a stronger surface layer (1) in which layer (2) is embedded, or to which layer (2) is applied. After partial baking, layer (2) is pref. directly applied before it has set, so that it bonds with layer (1), and the process is pref. employed in mfg. roller shutter boxes, where layer (2) consists of 4 pts. cement, 8 pts. expanded clay chips, size 0-3, 3 pts. CaO plus water to make a flowable mix. A good bond is obtd. between the layers.</p> |
